Black Oaks Gourmet Foods Refund Policy

Effective Date: June, 2025

At Black Oaks Gourmet Foods, we take great pride in crafting and delivering premium gourmet products made with the highest quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our items and food safety regulations, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We are unable to accept any product returns, even if unopened, due to food safety concerns.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues wherever possible.
