Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We ship within the continental U.S. only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Black Oaks Gourmet Foods is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. For damaged or incorrect items, please see our Refund Policy for how to request a replacement or store credit.
